These varied skills have enabled Ashley to lead complex, multifaceted healthcare operations with a focus on improving efficiency and patient outcomes.
For over a decade, Ashley was a key leader at Dartmouth Hitchcock, where she managed high-stakes operations in surgical services and cardiovascular care. One of her most notable accomplishments was her role in the development of Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Heart and Vascular Center. Through her leadership, she expanded cardiovascular practices across New Hampshire and Vermont, ensuring access to high-quality care for patients in both states. Her tenure at Dartmouth Hitchcock was marked by her ability to bring together clinical and operational teams, streamline processes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare systems and patient-centered care models. In addition, she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Plymouth State University, further strengthening her ability to align healthcare strategy with sound business principles. Ashley also pursued advanced studies in the emerging field of Artificial Intelligence, earning a certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), positioning herself at the forefront of technological innovation in healthcare.
Beyond her professional life, Ashley is a dedicated community member and volunteer. She served on the Board of Directors for Cottage Hospital, where she provided strategic guidance on healthcare delivery in rural communities. Ashley is also an active member of the Lyme Recreation Commission, where she contributes to the enhancement of community programs and services.
