Roger has worked in numerous healthcare environments for the past 30+ years. He has been variously employed as a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, and Consultant by small, mid-sized, and Fortune 50 organizations, as well as worked with and supported technology for federal government campuses.
Roger has worked with Helms & Company, Inc. in various capacities since 1999. He is responsible for a wide variety of technology support ranging from day-to-day user assistance calls, local and cloud-based services and applications, advanced database and application development, and network operations. He provides support and development for various Helms clients including the WA Vaccine Association, NH Health Plan, NH Vaccine Association, NH Community Behavioral Health Association, and NH Imaging Services. Working closely with Helms’ Privacy and Security Officer, Roger is actively involved in a wholistic approach to addressing cyber threat actors and end-user threat awareness training.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from University of NH, an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from NH Technical Institute, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and holds a variety of other technology related certifications.
