Eileen is a strategic and transformational HR professional with a passion for developing creative solutions that drive organizational success. With a proven track record of implementing innovative HR strategies, she excels at identifying and addressing challenges in the workplace which led to demonstrated successes in organizational and workforce design, talent management assessments, succession planning and leadership and employee development.
Eileen served as the head of HR functions for a 4,000+ employee multi-site community health system with clinics across NH and VT. She developed and led HR integration plans for joint ventures and various organization affiliations, mergers, and acquisitions at Dartmouth Health. Eileen served as the HR strategic business partner and executive coach to assist the Chief Clinical Officers develop the Population Health service line and Accountable Care Organization business line. Her operational skills guided the addition of Oncology services for an affiliated hospital while at Dartmouth Health. Eileen also managed employee relations to ensure compliance with HR-related legal requirements, labor laws and regulations.
During Eileen’s tenure with Liberty Mutual Group she held leadership roles from underwriting and production operations in Pennsylvania, to managing multi-site US portfolio analysis operations. Her leadership and management skills led to operational efficiencies and improved talent and performance management strategies.
Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University and a Master of Business Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Labor Relations/HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She also holds Emotional and Social Intelligence Coaching and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner certifications.
