Ashley Ithal is a Senior Consultant at Helms & Company, Inc., where she currently provides support to the NH Community Behavioral Health Association, the Washington Vaccine Association, the VNA Health System of Northern New England as well as Community Support Network, Inc. She also manages several technology focused implementation projects.
Prior to joining Helms & Company, Ashley spent over ten years as a Project Director at the University of New Hampshire working for the Institute for Health Policy and Practice and within Academic Technology. While at the Institute, her work primarily focused on management of the All-Payer Claims Database (APCD) Council, a national learning collaborative aimed at advancing the development of state-based APCDs across the country. Ashley has conducted research related to health care transparency, performed claims-based data analytics and informatics, conducted stakeholder engagement and strategic planning activities, and, most recently, facilitated access to education for K-12 students in New Hampshire.
Ashley also is an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University where she teaches epidemiology.
