Lisa Malanga, Executive Assistant

As the Executive Administrative Assistant/Client Support Specialist at Helms & Company, Inc., Lisa plays a key role in the daily operations of the company’s administrative responsibilities which include scheduling, answering phones, greeting guests, setup for various meetings, filing, PowerPoint presentation creation and editing, creation/upkeep of Excel spreadsheets, interacting with the building owner and maintenance personnel, A/P and A/R related work, and special projects as required.

As Client Support Specialist she oversees maintaining client specific materials such as healthcare provider agreements and assisting with client events, providing backup for additional operational positions as needed.

Lisa Malanga has over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career in healthcare at New Hampshire Healthy Kids where she served as Executive Assistant as well as Human Resource Administrator and most recently from Centene Corp-NH Healthy Families where she served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Office/Plan President
